Owners of The Roasted Shallot food truck have big plans for their gourmet recipes [AUDIO SLIDESHOW]

Nathan Carel and his wife, Brooke Francis, have been married for 10 years and they are both chefs. The couple decided to open The Roasted Shallot food truck after years of cooking together. Their menu includes an eclectic mix of foods from around the world, including pork and steak tacos, beer-braised bratwurst, grilled cheese, and salads.

A fire broke out and destroyed their first truck near the end of last year, but Carel said he and Francis were able to find a new truck that better suited their needs. Now, The Roasted Shallot can be found all over the Valley at private events, community functions and anywhere else where there is a desire for a quick and easy meal.

In this video, The Roasted Shallot truck was located near the office park at 2100 E. Elliot Road in Tempe, Arizona.
